Items will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase. A tracking number will also be provided once the order has been completely processed and ready for shipment.
To deter fraudulent activities, we have a STRICT NO refund policy which will protect both our company and you, as the customer. However, we will gladly allow you to return the shoe within 7 days from delivery for an exchange. The shoe must not be worn and in the original purchase condition to be eligible for the exchange.
